I tried to explain this plan to my OH...
then he saw the "dirty plan" as well....
so guess which one is his favorie..hahahaha

I think the best way to explain it for both combined is
every other day.....from the time AF is gone til a week after O.
BUT mix in some fun..sexy...dirty into it as well!
Thats my plan for a this month!!!

Just discovered this thread and seeing as AF arrived here this morning think I'll inform DH we're giving this a go. Seems to have good results. Congratulations to those that got their BFP

Well me and OH did this plan this month but unfortunately my body wasnt included in the pep talk that I had with OH and I basically spotted ALL the way through my cycle, then I fell ill, dont seem to have ovulated then arrived a week early on CD18!!!

So I am starting with my CBFM tomorrow(I never took it with me for our weekend away since AF wasnt due!) but OH recons that whilst it gets used to my cycle we will do SMEP again as we didnt really get a good shot at it last cycle...aw I love him so so much

Well we started doing the SMEP yesterday so need to use OPK tomorrow and see how it goes!
