Yay, we have our first SMEP BFP, well done tiggertea!

I have totally stuck to it till now but we can't carry on with the last part (got a positive on my OV stick Sunday and BD'd that night plus last night but can't tonight as not seeing OH at all today due to his shifts then he's away for a few days). But I reckon we've done enough of the plan to say we have done it.

RE: the bit where you need to abstain from BDing for a few days, I think even BDing with a condom isn't allowed so foreplay only, iykwim? Not sure why, might be worth googling? x

Got some boots OPK's today and am gonna follow the plan! How exciting. I'm on CD 4 now so gonna start the BDing very soon! Good luck everyone :-) xx

I have the OPK's ready from friday (CD 11) (also BOGOF at boots)
I am also updating FF each day and didnt realise how many diff things our bodies do each month im shocked i never paid that much attention!

This is our first month TTC so fingers crossed

I am gearing myself and OH up as tomorrow is CD7...OH recons he is getting the cold (so dying) and I just turned and said wll its CD6 today so you needent thinkyour getting out of BD'ing on Tues, Thurs, Sat etc etc...am such a heartless woman

Hi Everyone! I've been lurking on this site, but have never posted - until now!

I pretty much followed the SMEP this cycle and.... I got my this morning. I'm completely floored! I really didn't think I was preggers. I've been a little crampy, so I figured that was on her way. But, since I was dying to know for sure, I used an internet cheapie this morning. I got a VERY faint line - figured it was just an evap line. But, I can't stand uncertainty, so I busted out one of my Clear Blue Digis and got my in less than 30 seconds. I did the test, put it down and just turned around for a brief moment - when I looked at the test again it said "Pregnant". It was clear as day.

Here's what happened this cycle:

6/9 - (day 1)

6/28 -
6/30 - (used Pre Seed)
7/2 - Positive OPK - (used Pre Seed)
7/3 - (used Pre Seed)
7/4 - (used Pre Seed)

7/14 -

DH and I are so excited!!!

I hope we get lots more BFP's from the SMEP this month!!

Ok, I'm a bit late on this one but cycle day 1 so need a new plan and this looks like a gooden to me, so will do some googling and get started! Also going to order pre-seed. This HAS to be my month. SMEP here I come!

O my gosh, our second BFP, congrats to AM&PM!

*Trixie rings bell* Come on, come on, round up for the big SMEP experiment, 2 BFPs so far and only a few joined up! So the odds are fab!

My AF is due on Sat, I hope I can add to the list of BFPs from SMEP!!!!! xxx
