Hiya Girls!

Anyone still following this plan???

I have some light spotting today so fingers crossed get full flow later today or tomorrow as I am gonna follow this plan this cycle.

Hopefully I can stick to it and ovulate before we go down to visit my friend at the end of July as I couldnt BD with OH when her walls are so thin

But hey ho will give it a go!

One question though....Say is CD1-CD6 take it you cant BD until CD8?? But have to release the spermies between CD1-CD8 without having sex?

Could he not just wear a condom if we BD on CD6? Or is that bad??

Well call me crazy but I nipped out to my local boots as soon as appeared just there and splashed out on some CB OPK tests(I used internet cheapies last cycle and vowed never to use another but hey one last go with them) and I also noticed they had their First Response Pregnancy Tests on buy one get one free(I read this on the forum before but when I went to buy some in larger boots the deal wasnt on) so of course HAD to buy them too! So I am ready to follow the planfor the egg and sperm race this month!!

Now I feel like when I was young as I had to buy towels as I managed to bugger up my mooncup(I think I left it in the sterilising fluid for too long)...OK I forgot I had put it in the stuff and over 3 weeks later its melting!!!

So after the hunt yesterday I had to order off the boots website, will be here tomorrow or Thursday so using these damn thing in mean time!

This sounds like a fantastic plan. I am going to order some OPK's from ebay and start next cycle as i am on CD17 now. god i am so easily excited!
