I'm Currently Feeling:  | i like the plan...except the no BD for 15 day  what happen if opks failed and you "O" late?
i also read somewhere it's not good to hold the sperm for 15 days and do nothing about it...i must go and look into it and come back to you with more info 
but i will follow the plan for the first part i think ...

Abstinence for long periods result in increasing the number of old sperms in the semen consequently
decreasing the number of sperms with ability to fertilize an egg . we advice having intercourse every 3
days at least . |
