I'm Currently Feeling:  | Ohhh, brill idea! If AF arrives I will try this on my next cycle. I've been trying to *ahem* seduce the fella as often as possible this cycle, but not as often as that!!

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Hi I am cosidering the SMEP this month and have informed my DH about it! Defo think we need more bding and a plan might help. I am only on CD2 at the minute so few days before we begin.
Anyone use their CBFM instead of or alongside opk's for the smeg plan? I was thinking I would start the 3 day in a row bding skip a day plan when I get a peak with it? |

| OK I have just thought we did this when I got pg the first time but I didn't use OPK's we just BD every other day till AF was due and she never showed! This was our first month of trying! That was our plan this month and we were not going to use OPK's cos I get all obsessed about it but I might do some on the sly  but even then I couldn't persuade dh to DTD two days in a row last month he said every other was enough so we might just have to stick to every other and see what happens. I will have a chat with him and see what he says I think xxx |
