I'm Currently Feeling: | thats the idea of B6, i took it last cycle and had a 47days cycle so changed it for Agnus Castus this cycle which seems to have helped make me ovulate a couple of days earlier |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I take 500mg of B6 and have been doing for years. It doesn't seem to make my OV early, but perhaps if you've just started with it, it might do.

| It didn't make me O early, it made my AF come later - so basically increased my luteal stage by a day or 2, which is what I was hoping for.
500mg is a hell of a lot to take, were you prescribed this by your dr NikkiJones?
Does anyone know if you can use vitb6 and agnus cactus (or whatever it's called) at the same time? x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I read that if you take to much b6 it can cause nerve damage , I think Im just going to stick to 100 mg a day . |

Thanks |

It's 50mg, not 500mg!!!!!!!!!! I am so stupid! I panicked then, when I read about nerve damage, and looked it all up online, and then checked the pot, and I seem to have imagined the second zero! Serves me right for trying to be a know it all!

I'm Currently Feeling: | From what I remember the nerve damage is reversable anyway (your fingers get a numb til you reduce the dosage).
I took 100mg of B6 once a day as my luteal phase was 10 days, it didn't change my ovulation day but it was the month I got my bfp so it could have extended my luteal phase to give my little egg time to stick x
Hope it works for you
