I read about using these in zita wests book - but remember to leave them at room temp before inserting them as theres a story in her book about a couple that took them out of the fridge and used them - they were so cold she laughed or coughed (cant remember which) and shot them straight back out - xx

I'm sure I'd read that real egg-whites were not sperm friendly for some reason........but this seems to say they're ok. I'd give anything a try, but don't reckon DH would be up for it! He'd find it too disgusting!
