I meant it's not gonna be a bfp for me so have my share of baby glue as it's bot needed my way. I should be due af on friday but I started spotting "again" really early before my af comes. I went to my gp yesterday for a b?p check up and metioned this and she said to phone colposcopy (sp?) clinic and try to move my next appointment forward as they have been like this ever since I had that loop procedure. | I have thought of charting BUT...... I never sleep through the night it would mean me taking my temps at about 4:30 in the morning and waking everyone up as this is my longest sleep. ( I believe for temps to be accurate you have to sleep at least 3 hours?)
I have tried using opk's but I did this for two months and I was so worked up by thinking we was b'ding at the right time it had to be my month for a bfp I was almost numb with pain when my af turned up. So i figured this was not the right thing for me. It just hurts too much!
I have been keeping a record of my af's and the spotting to show clinic next week. It sounds daft but I feel like my cervix has not healed properly and is not closing so I need to sort this out. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Dizzy, i have sleep probs too and withouth fail will always wake up at some point during the night.
My temp is never taken the same time, it varies each day to what my shift is and what time i need to be up, even with 2 hours sleep ive found its not really affected the temp, you can mark down in your chart sleep deprived too if youve had a bad night.
