I'm Currently Feeling:  | What are your signs for the arrival of AF
I get signs either the day before or on the day  arrives.
I get jellified legs... does anyone else get this?

I'm Currently Feeling:  | small spot breakouts, at temples and chin; crampy; sometimes I get sore BB's ... but not always; tearful; I often get 24 hours of spotting; tummy tends to feel 'tight' and I get 'pacy'
ie I want to 'do' something, get fed up lounging about the house, want to go out, go running ... just anything to get moving. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I've just recently started spotting 2 days before full AF.....usually bitchy week before.
few zits......but this time of year could be bug bites..haha
Sometimes really bloated.....and crampy.
I'm keeping track of daily symptoms...every month. |
