Do any one know if Agnus Castus affects cbfm readings? i thought it might as its a bit like a natural form of Clomid but i just wondered if anyone else has found this?
For the first time since ttc i've actually ovulated at a "normal" time so im really hoping AF stays aways until at least cd30 and i might have chance of a normal luteal phase for once. I personally think i ovulated on cd20, as does FF if my temp goes up again tommorrow but my monitor has been stuck on high for 6 days, just wondered if the AC had affected this?

Im sorry to post with no answer but i just wanted to say that im about to start taking it as well and i would like to know as well cause that could be confusing

I don't know anything about AC but when I took clomid it really screwed with my CBFM and I got 19 high readings. If AC is a natural form of clomid then it may have the same affect. Not sure that helps much but hopefully you have a 'normal' luteal phase this month.

no such luck, monitor peaked today and my temps havn't stayed up so i must be just ovulating now, at least ive not missed it but i really thought Agnus Castus had worked, ill have to keep trying!!

I started the agnus castus 2 cycles now and I noticed that I'm I O'd earlier the 2nd month. I don't use the temperature method I Look at my CM and then OPK's to test.
