I'm Currently Feeling: | What do you class as 1DPO? Hi Girls, Im wondering when should I say is 1DPO?
Had HIGHS on CBFM for past 3 days (ist time using) , positive digi opk yesterday afternoon and today...Should I wait to see what CBFM says tomorrow and do another opk?
Either way, when do I class myself as 1dpo, or do I just keep saying cd23 cd24 etc? As I know Im not charting so cant be precise? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | At present I am only using CBFM so count the day after the second peak as 1DPO. As far as I know, the first peak reading is an indicator that ovulation will take place within the next 24-36 hours, so the second peak reading (which is programmed to happen automatically) is the actual day of ovulation. Therefore the day after the second peak day is 1DPO. I hope that makes sense. I'm not using OPKs as well so am not sure what you do if you are using both and get conflicting information. Hopefully someone else here can answer that one for you.
Good luck

I'm Currently Feeling: | same as maz and tansey with the cbfm or with an opk it is usually 2 days after.
so if say opk on a monday then OV is tuesday and 1dpo would be wedensday
I havent heard of anyone needing more than 20 sticks for their first month, I hope you get a peak tomorrow. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Just thought id add..that first cycle it did the same to me... i used to have 31- 32 day cycles..it asked for sticks on cd6 and then i used a whole pack.
After that it would, for me, ask for a stick on cd9..and i only ever used half a pack. Unless you have really screwy cycles and yours seem fine to me, it should by next cycle only ask for 10 sticks. Those suckers ar eexpensive enough as it is, lol!! |
