Hi everyone, need some help. am going for a sperm test on Friday this will be the 3 time ive tryed. on the first one there was not much to test and they couldnt do it, second time it just didnt happen.

i really need to get it right this time as it will put helen_26 and I down 1 or the other next step.

does anyone have any tips to get over the mind things.

can you not do this at home? some places let you as that would make it a lot easier wouldnt it?

as you said there wasnt a lot the first time, how many days did you wait before doing it?

Good luck it must be very scary and embarressing but you shouldnt look at it that way as your both trying to make a miracle

Are you not allowed to do it before you go in a container?? My OH went twice for his tests but was successful both times... they did say if he wanted that he could do it just before he went.

yup Am doing "it" at home then taking it to the hospital. had to ring and get a date and time to bring it, On the last one we left it 7days and this time it will be 7days on Friday. Well done Bird24 on giving up smoking it will all help getting at
