I was told i had a bad uti by a doctor and he said my late period was not caused by my uti.

I read on the web if the uti is severe enough it could effect result?please answer if you know

Also i weighed 97 before and gained to 110 since ive thought i was pregnant im around 3 months late to be exact 12 weeks almost 13 next sunday can weight effect the hpt?

Not sure about the UTI affecting an HPT, but weight should not affect an HPT.

The general rule is that if there's ANY hcg in your urine the tests will pick it up. The only thing that can affect it is certain fertility drugs.
