Which wee do I use? And how long between wee's should I leave it? Really silly question but, just found out I am doing it wrong! DOH!!  |

Late afternoon, no drinking and no going to the loo for 2 hours before hand. Then, you normally have to let the sample get to room tempereature (about 20mins or so) before testing it.  |
