Question

What wee to use for CB digi OPK

I have been using FMU for using the CB digi OPK I have just read you are not supposed to. Which wee do I use? And how long between wee's should I leave it? Really silly question but, just found out I am doing it wrong! DOH!!

Hey hun... for any opk really, afternoon wee is the best!

So... Late afternoon, no drinking and no going to the loo for 2 hours before hand.

Then, you normally have to let the sample get to room tempereature (about 20mins or so) before testing it.
