I love hearing storys about that.

My friend tryed for 4 years and she only had one fallopian tube, she just had twins and she conceive naturally

Thank you all for your replies...for some reason I'm suddenly unable to add my thanks on individual posts. I appreciate your comments though

Yes, they conceived naturally - if anything they were on a break from actually trying due to being emotionally exhausted by the whole process. They had started medical investigations, but nothing had been discovered and they weren't receiving any kind of help.
