BFP or Evap, can you tell?

Hi, I took a Target brand thats supposed to be comparable to First Response and didn't know till I took it it was the dreaded blue dye test.

Here is what is looked like within the time limit. In real life you could see a faint, but relatively thick, blue line.

I set it aside and then looked at it 30 minutes later to see if once it had dried I could get a better scan of it. And this is what it looked like.

The line is so thin, it made me think evap? Or do all Target tests like this dry this way? Has any one used them?

From the same urine sample, I took a First Response to see if that had a line, and it's kinda like the blue dye test in that there was a faint pink line, seemed thick and not like the indent line, or grey at all. Only when it dried there was barely anything at all to look at.

Here is the test at the 5 minute mark

What do you all think?

Im 11 DPO TTC#1 with 1 miscarriages, 2 Chemicals, and 1 Ectopic
Thanks!

I'm sorry I really can't see anything, except on the test that was past the time limit--which I wouldn't trust. Could just be the quality of the pictures though (lines don't always show up well on pics). Good luck, I really hope this is it for you

Generally speaking, a very light line can mean there is a small amount of hCG in your urine, and a very dark line can mean there is a larger amount of hCG in your urine.

A line that appears after 10 minutes, regardless of color, must be considered an evap line and is caused by the test's chemicals changing. any results appearing after the "rapid" time limit of 10 minutes are invalid
BUT you had got a faint line before the 10 minutes deadline if you say.

I have another First Response thats burning a hole in the bottom of my purse. With my losses, my tests always showed up better later in the day Let's see how long I can hold out before testing again! LOL

BTW I will NEVER use another blue dye test again. The confusion on them drives me insane!!!

Thanks for having a look, ladies

JK- I cant see anything on the 1st test or the last, but can see the faint line on the blue dye one. To me, it looks like an evap, as its exactly what my cb blue dye tests looked like. I used first response when pg in april and laso tested early, i was pg but it ended being a chemical. I also only tested positive in the afternoon.
I hope this is a very early sticky for you hon.

good luck to you for testing again , no idea if it is an evap, never seen one, I don't think they are actually as common as we are led to believe.
