I'm Currently Feeling: | Im with Porkpie on this one... mine was the same.. heavier and with clots. Now, four months on im totally back to normal. The second af was, in fact normal as well.

Sounds like some of the other girls on here have had a nasty AF first one after MC too, so you know you're not alone. Sounds like your body adjusted really well after years on the pill, so hopefully you'll be back to the 28 day cycle after this AF. I was on pill for 12 years and first AF didn't come for almost 3 months after stopping. I'm just hoping that my AF doesn't take that long after my MC!
Keeping my fingers crossed for you next month.
