Which is more reliable ... ?

Hi guys

I use a CBFM every cycle without fail, and have been since November 2007. Every cycle (except those where medical intervention has happened) I get my peak readings.

What I am wondering is whether you guys would recommend using fertility friend and charting my temps and CM. I used to track my temperature a couple of years ago, but only recorded it in a paper chart that came with the thermometer - I have the Boots Fertility Thermometer kit.

If it's a good idea to use both, can I record my CBFM readings on the chart or is that not possible? I set up an account a couple days ago but don't really know what I'm doing - and I'm not really one for reading instructions....

Your advice would be appreciated.

I am using the last 10 days or so of this cycle to practice so I can start properly next cycle.

xx

well first off I would read the instructions lol! honestly it makes it all so much easier, but that said if you have temped before ( albeit on paper) you'll pretty much get it straight away.

As for cbfm I don't think there is one, but you could record it as opk+ on your chart? You cna make up your own markers too ( see mine for example you can see which ones are made up) but think you have to be VIP for that.

Hi

I use a cbfm, opk, i chart, record cm and cp, Fertility friend allows you to record everything on your chart, i find it all very useful to see it all tie in together.

also do their charting course, it will teach you everything you need to know to help getting pregnant.

I am using FF and CBFM. There is a spot on your chart that has the readings for a monitor. The site is pretty easy to use. Set up your chart and fill in the blanks everyday, the site does all the work for you.

Good luck, if you look at my journal or my rant on cycle buddies you'll see I was angry with both the monitor and FF this month. But I am over it now and feeling better. Make sure you post your chart so everyone can ogle at it!
