Hey All...

So..I am thinking I don't ovulate! This is my first month charting and doing opks. I had a positive opk a few days ago and now I am on cd 23 and still no rise! My temp. even went down this morning from 97.5 to 97.0! Ugh..how frustrating! I didn't think it would be this difficult!

Do you chart your temps on FF?

I use OPKs and also monitor my CM and chart my temps.

I know from this month i got a positive on my OPKs and FF didn't show my temp coverline until 3 or 4 days after i had ovulated according to my OPKs.

Persevere hun, the fact you got a positive OPK is a good sign x
