The Fertility Diet

Anyone ever heard of The Fertility Diet? A friend of a friend purchased the book a few months ago...lost 30 pounds, regulated her periods, and then got preggers her first month trying. Definitely could be a coincidence, but wondering if anyone else has heard any reviews about it!

I've not heard of a specific diet but I bought a book called Natural Solutions to Infertility, and it mentions diet in it - amongst loads of other things. I think the key is to eat a healthy well balanced diet, take the RDA of multivitamins, and get some exercise. The usual that everyone always talks about. I must have a look for the book though - I'm obsessed with buying books right now.

Did a search on this book and hey presto! I found it. Tesco do it, amazon have it, but I ordered one from ebay - cos it was the cheapest - I''m a bit of a skin flint at times. Can't wait to get it now. Woohoo. I will of course let you all know the outcome.

xx
