when to start taking Agnus Castus in your cycle? Can I take it now or do I have to wait until AF is over? Today is CD1 for me. Thanks in advance ladies!  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | ^It's used to help with Ovulation, it's in a very loose sense an organic form of clomid - similar reactions.
And yes, use it from now until O

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks ladies! See, My temps suggest I'm ovulating, but the whole spotting thing before my AF (spotted for 3 days before this month) is why I suspect I am not getting PG, so we are trying this. I took it yesterday and today, so hopefully eventually we will have a BFP!!!! Not that I am a doctor or anything, thought we all might as well be lol, but I think my hormones need some help balancing, my temps stay up up until I get Af, but I spot (just a little background info for you hehehe)  to you all |
