From what i remember she had a very similar result to you (i am sure it was 41 or something?). Anyway, a google search showed that yes, your progesterone level do rise in early pg, so we were getting quite excited about a possible BFP, but it wasn't to be! She got her AF as normal.
So my advice would be: be cautious of google! I don't think you can really tell either way.
Coffee's right, we did get rather excited about my 45 level but got my AF (a little later than usual but still got it in the end!). x

I don't think it has an indication for pregnancy. I got my results on Thursday and they were 67.5. I wasn't pregnant nor did the doctor suggest I might have been.
