I'm Currently Feeling: 


Not so much lose weight but I definitely want to get more active and some exercise in my life.

Since recently passing my test I do none and think getting some exercise would improve my general health.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


Oh I so need to lose about 20 lbs , Im 5'1 tall and I weigh 140 lbs , now that Im going back to work I know the weight will just fall off , it does every summer , tg but I always seem to gain it back in the winter . It gets so hot around here that I usually wear my bikini all day long , so I need to look good , dont wanna gross anyone out , lol

well it was 4.6 to be exact but i figure by sunday i will be 5 but really i did reduce my portions and most of all no more cocktails and may be the fact that i came back from hawaii and just did a lot of swimming over there it did help a little i think but next week i am sure it will a more slow progress to lose more.

i ask my doctor about losing while ttc she actually encourage me to do it as you don't really need extra weight while pregnant but you need to eat 6 small meal a day like that your body feel nourish and will hold a pregnancy better ( so i eat breakast , snack,lunch.snack,dinner ,snack/healthy dessert)

Well been on my treadmill now for 5days straight and it is starting to become a habit now, atleast 1hour of walking every night before bath time, and im also feeling much beter about myself.

60 pounds to shake of come on i have till december to lose all that weight.

I need to drop a few pounds. Since my wedding last year, I've gone up one size and put on about 10 pounds. My bmi is perfect and am not overweight but the fact is, my weight has changed quite a bit in just a year so that's not natural. I also sometimes wonder, if I lost weight, if it would help my fertility.

But SO difficult to motivate myself, especially when I know that when I do get pregnant, I'll get 'fat' anyway so ...

Am on holybops next week so if the piccies come back with me looking minging, will go on a drastic diet.

I find Weight Watchers really fab and lots of exercise helps, but I just-can't-be-bothered. x

Trixie - I feel the same! Wish you didn't have to use willpower (am in very short supply of that!) Am going to Slimming World tomorrow morning, am very excited... hmm, perhaps I need to get out more...

I reckon I need to lose a bit of weight. Got on the scales in a supermarket recently and it said my BM1 was 27 when 20 -24 is normal. Have been doing a lot of work for college over the past few months and sitting on my bottom at a computer too much. Am tempted to join the gym again but it's soooo expensive. If i don't join over July Aug will defo in Sept. I would walk alot (when I don't have college and work stuff to do which seems to be always at the mo) and have a fairly active job which helps.

So I'm going to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and I'm trying to cut out the snacks (with I guess a 75% success rate).

Trouble is, I set up a weight loss chart on my FF thingy but it's going up not down! I must be doing something completely wrong.
