Hey Girlies,

Got on the scales earlier this week and found I had put on just under a stone since January, which is when I went on the pill. I'm a total heath freak, and as I work from home (only for a few hours a week though!) I have loads of time to make all our meals from scratch. Have managed to stay pretty slim, so am far from impressed about the weight gain! ... My boobs do look fantastic though, I have to say!

I didn't know Slimming World was edorsed by the midwifery peeps, so will have a gander at their website I think. If I lose 2lbs a week, will be back to 9 stone 11 on 4th August - still time to wiggle my bum into a bikini! Woo hoo!

I'd love to lose a bit of weight. I gave up smoking about 6 1/2 years ago and put on 4 stone in about 2 years. Last year I lost about 2 1/2 stone but it has gradually crept up a little bit over the last 6 months.

I would love to lose about 2 stone but would be happy with 1 1/2.

My meals are pretty healthy, portion size could do with reducing but DH is such a good cook that it's difficult to cut down. I must learn to stop snacking - that's my big downfall. I started going to the gym a few weeks ago and am managing 2 or 3 times a week, plus I'm a fairly active gardener.

Trouble is where crisps and chocolate are concerned I have won't-power not will-power!

I need to lose about 66pounds to be as small as i used to be before i fell pragnant 2years ago, i gained a whopping 61.6 pounds as i had bad swelling and bad water retention.

But been at my treadmill now a hour and a half each night so should be doing a weigh in at the end of the month.

Def going to take a picture from behind as that would scare the crap out of me.... i dont eat bad i just eat big portions....so i need a smaller plate too

i'm a size 10-12 and want to be an 8-10 as i'm on 5,2 i look big with any weight on

I have a lot to loose. I joined slimming world in Feb and have lost 1.5 stone. I also joined the gym in May and although I haven't lost any more weight my shape is now starting change.

Well from behind i don't look bad at all, no exstra flab on my back and i wear a size small hot pants and i wear a size 10-12pants, but my tops are a large as i have almost all my pregnancy tummy still and im a 36CC, i have atleast 40pounds just by my belly but am looking at getting surgery after i have had my 2kids, when i have two kids, if i have 2 kids

Surgery only due to all my tummy muscles were cut off from c-section and being cut from hip to hip, atleast the doctor lined up my strech marks, thank god they are white now.

I would love to lose about 30 pounds. I am 5 ft 7 in. I quit smoking 2 years ago and put on about 20 pounds then since my mc in March, I gained between 5 and 7 pounds! I can't win!! But one thing that I have read is that excerising and dieting can effect your fertility?! SO when I read that I decided that if it came off, it came off. I do try to watch what I eat () but that isn't always easy as since I quit smoking my taste buds have been working over time and I love to cook! Me and my girlfriend go walking about 3 or 4 nights a week and we walk about 2.5 miles a night. So if it comes off, it comes off. If not, I try not to stress over it!

Hey Miel i'm trying to lose a few pounds. Got married last year and then it all went horribly wrong after that!! TTC made me piglet a bit too much and have gained a stone in the last 6 months... my butt has it's own zip code!

Lost a few pounds myself but joined weight watchers last week. Can't keep crying over not falling pregnant if it's my own lardy fault now can i!!

My aim is to lose 20lb... and i've started running again!

Bring on the slightly more slimline Rosh!!
