| You can get special TTC vits, but they cost the earth. I take multivits for vegetarians (from Healthspan) as they have everything you need, but don't contain Vit A which can damage new little beans. I also take extra Folic, Vit B and Vit B6, plus omega 3 marine fish and evening primrose. Be careful of Cod Liver, as it contains Vit A.
In fact I take so much that I rattle each morning with all the pills, so maybe you don't want that. I also have hubby on multivits. Good luck!
