So girls how do you plan to tell your hubby once you fall pregnant?

My plan is to make him a romantic dinner of all things baby, baby peas/ carrots, ect... and i am also going to dress our daughter in a shirt that says im going to be a big sister.

What romantic/ sweet ideas does everyone have? And for everyone else we plan to keep it just our secret until about 3 months when we know all is well!

What a lovely idea, baby food, tee hee!

If it's this month, I might find out on his birthday so will wrap up the positive test and give it to him :-)

Will pop over and call my mum 'nan' once I know - she'll be all confuddled and not get it for a while. Will wind a coupla of close mates up when I see them, maybe say something like 'I've got loads of bottles of wine at home if you want some, i won't need them for 9 months now'.

Will wait a few weeks, maybe 3 months, to tell others.x

Hmmm I have been thinking about this to...

OH has said I should tell him when I want, even thouht when I get to a few days before AF is due he was asking last month well??

So I will probably just ask him to come into the bathroom and do a test for him too...

My mum and dad....I plan to hopefully wait until I have had a scan before telling anyone including them so I would idealy like to hand them a wraped up scan in a picture frame(have sen a few scan piccy frames in the shops!) but knowing me I wont be able to keep my mouth shut for that long so just try to find a baby item with granny or gandad on and wrap it up and give them it.

My OH parents...he can tell, he will more than likely just say your gonna be gran parent is X amount of months...

We have also decided when/if we get pregnant we are going to have a scan for the sex but not tell anyone, except you guys!

Online friends will be told immediately but with warnings to not mention anything on my facebook!! Everyone else (family and RL friends) will be told after first scan showing all is ok, so around 3-4 months I should think.

As for hubby, I have loads of ways planned, all depends when it finally happens and if it coincides with a special occasion. Will let you know when I do!

Oh... I don't know, hadn't thought about that! Suppose Im trying not to get ahead of myself. Hubby is always with me when doing hpt, he's ususally as excited as me.
Not sure when I'd tell anybody else. Must bring this up in our next baby discussion...........................

I told my mum as soon as poas last time. We didnt tell anyone..until i mc.. so this time we will tell everyone who knows about the mc. I will let oh decide about his parents (they still dont know about the mc)

Last time i just thrust the stick at him, i was in shock, lol! well, i knew he was gonna work late so called and asked when he was gonna be home.. he asked why and i said 'oh,nothing bad', so he admitted later he knew something was up, more likely pg than anything else..

Ive though about getting him a card of some sort, or similar..let it be known im terrible at keeping things from him,though..Lol!!

parents i hope to wait till the first scan wrap the pics up which i will put in frames and give them to my parents and his nan and mum and watch their faces...

oh i just cant wait for those days
