Depo Provera Shot ??

I got off the depo shot since July of last year and still no cycle in july it will be 12 mos. What should i do. I want to have more kids and no luck if no cycle please advise what i should do. Or should i be patient.

I think I might be able to give you some good advice , I was on depo for 3 years , heres what I did , the reason I got off it is because it made me gain 30lbs , We did not want anymore kids at the time so I got on b/c pills ortho tri cyclin I was on the pill for about 6 months , The pill I think is what made me get my periods back right away , then after stopping the pill it took me about 3 months to get pregnant . i had that n when i saw my fertility doc she said it can take upto 18months+ to get out ya system sorry hun

it's really a waiting game. Some women have success going on birth control pills,for a few months - but then that isn't nec starting a proper period, just a withdrawal bleed, but it can certainly kickstart it.
I'd definitely get more medical advice xx

Hi, Have you tried chasteberry plus herbal tablets, they seem to be helping my irregular cycles, and may kick start yours...might be worth a try for 3 months and see what happens? Reflexology has helped me as well. Best of luck
