I'm Currently Feeling: | CM around O time...Help? Hi girls.
Well I still haven't gotten a positive OPK yet.
But today I've noticed a hell of a lot of Creamy CM on my
underwear (sorry TMI for some) It's not stretchy or EW
but it's pretty thick....And when I say a lot i mean a lot! lol
Any idea...does anyone else get there?
I've never noticed it before....
Bare in mind, I'm not sure if I am going to O this month
I'm on double dosage of Clomid (100mgs) but I'm not sure
if even doubling the dose is going to do the trick. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Soz chick - I tried clomid for a couple of months before my new consultant told me to stop and I wasn't aware of any changes to CM. Are you going for scans to see if your follicles are ripening?
What i did notice was that the clomid really screwed up my CBFM readings - I normally use 10 sticks and get a peak reading on CD10-11 give or take a day, but with clomid I used 20 sticks and didn't register a peak - maybe its elevating your estrogen too much that its blocking out the LH readings... |

Yeah I've never gotten a peak on my CBFM on clomid. Only highs.
Never thought about the Estrogen levels. Thats a good point. Although on 50mgs of Clomid I did get a very positive OPK, but on the 100mgs I haven't? But it is getting slightly darker than yesterdays, and much darker than the day before yesterday - so I think perhaps I may O late.
Either way,
Thanks for replying girls |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I usually get loads of creamy CM(like lotion) just before i ovulate it then turns into EWCM. So hopefully it means that you will be ovulating soon.

| i always get tons of creamy CM after I OV - so maybe you already have - OPK's can be unreliable?
Really hope this is your month.

| Hi Ney Ney,
I think the OPK's can be quite unreliable too and the last batch I ordered I asked for the extra sensitive ones that measured 15 mIU. These were much better than any I had used before and I got very clear positives for the first time ever so I recommend them. They do not cost any extra either.
As for the CM ... I'm not sure but I researched it as best I could in relation to clomid and it doesn't seem to be caused by the medication so I think you could rule that one out. It could be that you have ovulated so that would be great. Do you know which cycle day you are on and how long you have until the end? Increased CM is a good pregnancy symptom. Just a thought. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hey there, I had lots of creamy CM today/yesterday but no sign of O at all this month (neg OPKS too)
I think its a sign O is imminent or just happened? |
