ttc madness

Hey I'm in my first month of actively ttc and already I feel like it isn't happening soon enough I plan to do what ever it is to increase my chances of getting pregnant this cycle I plan to use baby aspirin once a day Dr says its ok and I also will use robitussin and bbt charting aswell as instead soft cups and opk test as you can see I really want to make this cycle a successful one I feel so alone with not having any one to talk to about it as hubby and I want to keep it to our selves until we are actually pregnant. Even if we wanted to tell some one we wouldn't have any one to turn to because every one is already preg or parenting and wouldn't understand how I feel. Does this feeling of frustration and lonelyness ever go away if not how have some of you cope with the waiting game of ttc

Unfortunatley there isn't much you can do but try and wait...try and wait.

It is frustrating and emotionally taxing but its very early days for you, heres hoping it will happen soon

That's the best thing to do, try and wait. Good luck

How do you cope?

Well you just do because you have to - you have no other choice because it's out of your control - you can't afford to fall to pieces with it each cycle - especially not when you have been trying as long as some of us here have.

Try to value your freedom as a non parent, and enjoy your relationship with your partner. Try not to think about it all the time as you can stress yourself out and this will have a counterproductive effect on your periods.

Just think positively and learn to love your baby even before it is conceieved.

I will happen.

Hiya Briwantsbaby and welcome to BnB! We are all in the same boat here and this is a really good friendly forum to share your feelings on , especially if you haven't got anyone who'll listen to you in "real" life

I would probably not go for quite so many TTC aids to start in one month. It takes a little while to get the hang of doing your body temps properly, and it's good to learn what your body is doing all of its own accord before you start introducing drugs to help with EWCM. Much better at this stage to focus on eating healthily and just being really nice to your body, rather than chucking god knows what down it... Just my 2 pence worth!!!

You'll get lots of friendly and honest support and advice here hun. Don't worry - you'll soon be living your life in two week cycles - the two weeks before ovulation and then the two weeks after it. I only use CBFM and pre-seed - and would recommend both. I tried temping a long time ago, but prefer CBFM. I think I'd try one or two methods together for a few months, and then introduce other methods as needed. But hopefully, you'll not be trying too long to worry about that.

Good luck hun
