Can you get the implantation pain and not be pregnant.

Cramps felt around the time implantation may have occurred ( between about 7dpo-14dpo) should not be regarded as a definite sign of pregnancy happening, it is what they call a "hindsight sign" in that if you are pg you look back and think oh so thats why THAT happened!

Also worth bearing in mind an eggy might implant but not stick around.

Do you chart temps or do Ov tests or anything to keep track of where you are?

I'm with Loula on this - cramps at any time post O and prior to AF could be anything. Its only if you get PG that you can attribute the pain to this (possibly).
