Q for FFers

Which ovulation detection method do you have your chart set to? I am not sure which it should be, well I know they recommend advanced over all of the others, but it's giving me such a stupid unbelieveable ov date I have put it on FAM and Research both of which tie in with my own feelings on OV, so have left it for now on FAM.

What is yours on?

id go with how you feel, i tend to leave mine on advanced but switch it over to FAM to see if they are the same sometimes, if ive had a peak on my cbfm i set it by my monitor but look at advanced to see what my coverline is

I stick with Advanced, but I play about with the override by a day or so once ovulation is set, just to see if it ties with other factors...but generally it's always set to advanced!

It's set to default to advanced....you don't get cross hairs for ovulation unti at least 3 days of higher temps than pre-ov...hence it took 4 days for you hun!

Don't worry it should all ok for you!

I didn't realise you could change this kind of thing so I just changed mine from advanced to OPK/monitor and it's moved AF date to Thursday and my test date is meant to be next Monday! On the basis that I ovd on cd 16 and had an 11 day luteal phase last month, I'm expecting AF to be today - and when FF was on the advanced setting, it agreed - very confused now....
