Vit6 users

Hello

I always start spotting one/two days before my AF - and after reading that this could poss. be due to a hormone imbalance I started taking 50mg of vit B6 from CD1 this month.

I have been TTC for the last two years and have always had the same syptoms each month:

I get alot of EWCM from about CD11/12 till I ovulate (usually 14-16)
The day after OV my boobs start to hurt and i get lots of lotiony / creamy CM
At 8dpo my CM goes dry and my boobs dont hurt at all
About three days before AF i get slight period pain on and off till AF and it starts in ernest.

However after having this exact same cycle for the last two years i have had a completely different cycle this month:

Got TONS of EWCM from CD6 up till OV (got positive OPK CD13 and 14)
Boobs started to hurt from CD 12 - ie day before OV
Went completely dry from CD 14 and CM has never come back
Boobs have still not stopped hurting - shooting pains in them on and off yesterday
Had period pain on and off yesterday (CD23) and constant so far today (CD24)

I know I am not pregnant - as surely I wouldnt be so dry - as all the posts I read about symptoms say lots of CM - so just worried that I might have messed up my body with the VitB6.

Just wondering if any other B6 users have found they had changes to their cycle after they started using it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good luck to everyone.

Vitamin B6 helped me to increase my LP from 12-13 days to 14-15 days. I doubt whether the changes in yr cycle are due to taking the vitamins. You could well be pregnant -- not everybody gets a lot of cm as an early sign of pregnancy!

Good luck!

Yaya x

I used B6 for the first time this last cycle (50mg) and I have my BFP and no bleeding, last month I had an AF then a bfp that turned into bfn. Couldn't say for certain if B6 helped - but it's def worth a shot.

I've been taking B6 this month for the first time, due AF today but nothing yet, wondering if the B6 has worked and my luteal phase is now a little longer. Although hoping it's actually because I'm pg and she's not coming at all!!

I'm on my 3rd cycle with it and no change - hoping it helps my spotting before AF (up to 5 days normally!)

Thanks hon. Tested today and it was BFN so hoping it was too early and not just that my luteal phase is longer and she's waiting around the corner!

If AF stays away I'll test again, maybe on Tuesday
