Vitb6 totally helped reduce pre-AF spotting, which is great. Wanted to ask others on vitb6 - if no BFP this month, might up to 100mg next month but so many people say I need to check with my dr first, what do you think? Trying to lengthen luteal stage. |
Cant let myself get my hopes up - am sure it is just the increase in progesterone from the Vitb6 that is causing my boobs to be sore (but thankyou for saying it - cos just someone else throwing it out there makes me happy).
When I was reading up on vit B6 there was loads of conflicting advice - some said anything up to 100 was fine - others said anything over 50 should be done under the supervision of the doctor. I have felt so different this cycle that I woudlnt want to increase it for fear of messing up my body - so I would definitely speak to my doctor before upping it. Although at the end of the day it is a vitamin - how much damage can it do? Its over 200 mgwhere you have to worry about nerve damage apparently.
Hope you dont have to even think about it though cos you get your BFP this month.
