O.k this is so personal and private.

Last night me and DH had some SEX, but he was so agressive and actually started grip holding my arms but it hurt me, then he placed his one hand over my throaght until i eventually couldn't breath he let go, i look like i have been to war with bruises on my thighs and arms today.

Now in no way am i scared DH will ever intentionally hurt me, but for the first time i got scared as he got so agro and intense with SEX.

He asked me last night if i thought i might be pregnant and i said i doubt it, and then this happened an hour later??????????????

What's going on, is he maby taking as much stain as myself with our late sons Birthday coming up?????

But we always had a raunchy sex life, but for the first time i have bad bruises and it hurts when i touch them.
And as he was hurting me i actually had that little red light flash in the back of my mind.

He has never hit me, never smacked me, not even play hitting as he is just not like that, and i can defend myself black belt in karate, but helll

You should definitely talk to him about it.
We all like different things in the bedroom, but it should be fun for both parties.
You should tell him that he scared you and you didn't like it.
He may also be feeling emotional because of the upcoming anniversary.
Stay strong and don't let him do something you are not comfortable with.

i have no idea personally.... BUT i would say that BOTH partners should consent to this before it happens, as, like in your case, u might not be too keen on the idea.....

Hey hun, If it's just a one-off i think i would chalk it down to him getting 'carried away' and not worry too much, but still try and have a word with him about it at some point soon. I think i'd try not to make a big deal out of it, but just show him the bruises and say you like a bit of raunch, but that was a bit too far and could he make sure he doesn't go that far again as it wasn't really fun for you.
I'm sure he'll understand and be super gentle next time to make up for it xx

Sounds scary - I think he def needs to know he took it too far hun. Isn't it called 'making love' - doesn't sound like this is what u did. Perhaps u shud devise a signal to each-other that u can u use in future if either one is getting uncomfortable
