Hi girls,

Following my very disappointing visit to the doctor yesterday (where he told me to gave af time to short herself out), I was just wondering if anybody has any tried and tested methods for bringing on and regulating af?? Im willing to give anything a go at the minute lol!

Just got myself some agnus castus. Anything else I could be doing?? All weird and wonderful tips welcome
