| Maca anybody?? Hi all
Just wondered whether anyone ttc was using Maca? I have heard loads of good things about it, and just wondered if anyone here has any experience to share.
Maca powder is derived from a yam-like vegetable (it is not a herb) that grows at very high altitudes in the Peruvian mountains. It has been used for centuries by local people as a libido booster and fertility aid. Apparently it balances hormones, improves cm, egg quality and is also excellent for increasing men's sperm count/motility etc.
I have bought some powder and am thinking of using it in smoothies for OH and myself this month.
Anybody else used it?
Yaya xx |

| I never thought I'd find the stuff here in SA but happened to see it in the health shop so snapped it up. You can buy it online as well.
