I'm not taking any of those but I am popping the following:

- Women's bioavailable multivitamin
- Zinc
- Omega 3 Fish oil
- EPO with Royal Jelly
- Homocysteine Modulator (with B-vitamins & Folic Acid)
- Vitamin C

I take pregnacare multi vits and started taking EPO this month - then realised i shouldn't take it after ovulation as it can cause your womb to spasm and could result in miscarriage!! good to know!

OH isn't taking anything. Well, he takes vitamin c and cod liver oil every day anyway. Has done for as long as I've known him! If we're still TTC in a few months/a year then I'll see what I can give him!

hey, I'm taking the pregnacare conception vits.... Not sure what they've got in them that normal vitamins haven't, other than a very expensive price tag!! I bought 3 months worth though, as it was 2 for 1 in Boots, so may as well keep going. Obviously, i'm not pg yet though, so i don't think they work miracles!!!
