I'm Currently Feeling:  | pregnacare and agnus castus, was taking B6 but im not sure if it made my cycle longer last month so im not taking it this month |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Sorry, doh, also meant to say...
I was going to get DH some of the fertility vitamins for him to take. When i looked at them in tesco though, tesco do their own version of "vitamins for men" kind of thing. I compared the ingredients and they were EXACTLY the same.... down to the very last milligram, so i got the tesco ones, which cost £2.99 for a month's worth! Saved a fortune! |

| OH is now (reluctantly) taking a Wellman mens vit daily, which has Zinc etc included
I am taking Agnus Castus
Evening Primrose Oil

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I was just taking folic acid, but this month splashed out on Pregnacare Plus Omega 3 (3 for 2 at Boots).
I'm sort-of veggie, DH is veggie and he does the cooking, so it's either be veggie or start cooking  . I was trying very hard to have fish 2 or 3 times a week but not very successfully, so decided to go for something with the Omega 3 in.
I am still trying to eat fish more often but at least I know that if I don't manage it I'm getting the right stuff from the pills.
DH has been taking a multivit for the last few years anyway, but I must check to see if it's got zinc in it. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Folic acid and Iron tablets (I have borderline anemia and get very sleepy if I don't!) OH takes Zinc (he calls them his 'Bionic Sperm Pills'!)
