So this is my First cycle of using Agnus Castus

Here is my question.

How long in my cycle do i take it for??

it says on the bottle 'do not take when pregnant' - so do i stop taking it after i have Ovulated??

thats my plan, im on my first cycle of it and im topping once i know ive ovulated x

well, as far as i know from using google etc - it helps increase fertility, regulate cycles, and balance hormones.....

I took some Agnus Castus a year or so back in an attempt to bring my mood swings and PMT under control. I had a lot of symptons that were getting me down:
-crying alot
-having a foggy head and not being able to concentrate
-aggression and hatred toward myself
-my self esteem felt about zero
-feeling that life was one great big roller coaster up and down

What I read on the net at the time said the Agnus Castus would help to balance things out and I did find that it worked. I stopped taking it after a while and then took it for a period a while a after that again. I would really consider taking it again if I felt my moods / emotions /hormones were all getting the better of me again, which they prob are with the ttc stress!!!

should you take it by itself or is it ok to take it with all the other stuff like B6 and the tussin, etc..
Don't want to mix too many things at once. What if your cycle seems ok, do you still use it? Not that mine is this month, my one day AF and all. Just wondering. Thanx
