Seems that pcos symptoms go away if u lose atleast 10 % of ur current weight and ur periods get regular...making u more fertile..but losing weight is not an easy task.. dieting,exercising etc is quite impossible when u go for work ...but here,i stepped on to an article which says having a tsp of apple cider vinegar mixed with 8 oz of water before meal helps in losing weight...thought i can try it and share it with other soulCysters.. anyone tried this??anyways,these are the links i stepped on to.. please post me ur feed backs!

Oh my,i just wanna lose some weight if it will make me really fertile..though am not obese..i think my BMI may border in the ideal to overweight side!!!wish i could become a mom too!!
