larger breasts but not sore

Hi, I'm on CD 16 (usually a 28-30 day cycle). My OH noted that my breasts are way larger than usual at this time. They don't really feel sore, though. Do breasts usually get larger around O? Why would they be large (I noticed it too) but not really hurting too much? They have been larger for about 3 days now.
