A-ha!

So, you need to sign up to a website like www.fertilityfriend.com which has software where you can put your temperatures in. With FF, you'll need to set up a new cycle, so click on the day your last AF started (full red flow) and under "Menses/Spotting" record the type of flow you had. Fill out the rest of the days for your period. To enter a temperature, just click on the date and type in the temp in the box. You might want to set up your account for Celcius? (It defaults to Farenheit). Click on Sharing then Home Page Setup, and you will see a link to your chart at the top of the page. Put that link in your signature, and we will all be able to see your chart!

Just shout if any of that doesn't make sense or you get stuck!
