With FF, you'll need to set up a new cycle, so click on the day your last AF started (full red flow) and under "Menses/Spotting" record the type of flow you had. (It defaults to Farenheit). Click on Sharing then Home Page Setup, and you will see a link to your chart at the top of the page.
