I am on day 16 of my cycle, and tonight when I went to the loo there wa a small amount of blood streaked clear discharge and while I am typing this I can fee very mild crampy type feeling in my uterus area, could it be inplantation bleeding this early? I only had a + opk on Tuesday. Any theories would be greatly appreciated. PS: I am booked in to have a smear tomorrow, do you think I should go ahead with it?

I had the same and if you read my post OMG u will see a link about implantation bleeding and it can be earlier than expected

Could be implatation bleeding, but is more likely ovulation bleeding.
