| Spotting - is this classed as CD1? Hi. Just wondered, do you class spotting as the start of your period or is it pre-period? Always wondered this.

I'm Currently Feeling: | I say CD1 when the spotting gets more consistent (ie more than just when I wipe) |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think CD1 is when you wake up with full flow. A fertility specialist told me this as I was taking clomid for a while. If AF arrives in the afternoon you count the next morning as CD1. Don't suppose it matters too much if you're out by one day. Only time I think it matters is when you're taking meds.
Hope that helps.
