Just wondering if you have to wait til the first day of a new cycle before taking agnus castus? AF is missing in action at the minute so do I need to wait or can I start taking it any old time?

Thanks in advance | you shouldnt take it whilst pregnant so if your def not pregnant theres no reason you shouldnt start it right away.
