amapola Pregnant (Expecting) Active BnB Member Join Date: Apr 2008 Location: london Posts: 47 Thanked others: 3 Thanked 11 times in 9 posts	how much zinc for DH? I've just bought some and I wonder how much he should take? any ideas? the box says 1 tablet a day, 15mg. Is that enough?
