| VitB6 - anyone else loopy HI
Just a quickie.
Has anyone else felt a bit funny after taking VitB6 - have taken 50mg since Friday - and since then have had a headache each day after about midday - and feel generally hot and a bit dizzy - generally a bit loopy - honestly if AF have not just finished I would believe I was preggers.
Anyone else had any funny symptoms?
Not done anything else different so putting it down to the Vitb.

| I started taking 50mg of vitB6 2 months ago and last week, thought I was getting PG symptoms (severe hungar, exhaustion etc) then they subsided. Now AF hasn't arrived when she usually does, not even spotting like I usually do! But 2 BFNs pretty much rule pregnancy out. My bbs are acting strange (like they have a mind of their own, tee hee). So I do wonder whether it's VitB6.
I don't want to stop it though cos it has really done brilliantly in sorting out my pre AF-spotting plus I got very good results from my 21-day test (high progestorene levels of 45, which si great for 3dpo). So don't give up on it yet.
Why are you taking it? x |

Why are you taking it? x | i was worried about spotting before AF so started taking it this cycle. Last cycle I started spotting for 4 days from 10DPO till AF arrived - I had read that this could be a sign of hormone imbalance so thought this might help sort it out.
Hope all is going well with you??

But they recommend you start off with 50mg then work your way up. But never go above 100MG and beware that some prenatal tabs include vitb6 too. x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ooh - I wonder if that's what's going on with my bbs? They should advertise it as a breast enhancer |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've been taking it and I've had a very weird 'end' to this cycle, lots of CM, AF 2 days late, then 2 days light almost invisible spotting, BB's are making a bid for world domination and 2 cuts and a spot got infected/pussy (I NEVER get infections/puss/pussy spots)
Sorry TMI!
I have been totally unable to sleep for the last week (and again, I'm usually the reverse of this ... early to bed and sleep like a log!)
Now I have the most inconsistent flow ever and last night kept crying!
If Vit B6/12 is responsible there will be hell to pay!
Die little capsule thingummies .. die
On the plus side I feel better today! |
