Warm nights interfering with temps?

Hello

Just moaning really! My temps are all over the place the last couple of weeks. They keep rising for a couple of days at a time but I'm finding the nights really warm at the moment so I'm sure it's because of that.

My sleep has been getting disturbed from about 4am onwards the last couple of nights because I wake up sweating (nice) and my OH is like an oven which is great in winter but not so great now! This was happening over the May bank holiday but when the weather cooled, my temps went back to normal.

Anyway, it's not a big deal except I'm just worried I wont know when I've actually Ov'd.

The disturbed sleep will affect it more than hot weather (although this is because of the heat!). I have changed our bedding to a summer duvet and opened more vents around the house to keep us cooler but it's only May so I suppose things could get hotter. Hopefully your body will adjust/regulate when the temperature outside settles a bit. Do you use OPKs?

Thanks. I think I'll have to get a lighter duvet too. I think you're right and it's the disturbed sleep.

I haven't been using OPKs as my ov date was moving around a bit after I had my Mirena Coil removed, but the last couple of months I've settled down a lot so thinking of starting to use them in a couple of days.
